Alicia Jrapko recalled recent demonstrations in Washington DC to draw attention about the case.Havana.- Achieving the return to Cuba of the five antiterrorists held in the United States since 1998 needs the consolidation of world solidarity and actions for their freedom inside US territory, said activists defending the cause of the Cuban heroes.

Olga Salanueva requested the president's support for the immediate release of The Five.Montevideo.- The President of Uruguay, Jose Mujica, expressed his solidarity with the five Cubans imprisoned by the United States government on alleged espionage charges, after meeting on Tuesday in Montevideo with Olga Salanueva, wife of René González, one of the Cuban patriots.
