President Miguel Díaz-Canel on Monday mourned the death of the daughter of activist Carlos Lazo, who promotes the project "Bridges of Love" as a way to fight the US economic blockade against Cuba.

Bridges of Love movement is one of the most active groups within the United States, in the fight against the blockade imposed by the White House on the island more than 60 years ago, and for the re-establishment and normalization of relations between the two countries. (PL)
