The international community once again spoke out against U.S. blockade.

Cuba achieved another victory on Wednesday at the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) after obtaining 165 votes in favor of the resolution calling for an end to the US blockade against the island.

United Nations.- Amid the brutal US pressure campaign leading up to this exercise, which has been held annually since 1992, the international community once again spoke out against an economic, commercial, and financial siege that has lasted more than six decades and is considered the longest one in history against any country.

This time, seven voted against and 12 abstained. (PL)
