2007 Restaurant, emblematic of Las Tunas gastronomy

The exquisite flavor of the Creole seasoning distinguishes the various dishes of the 2007 restaurant in this city, thanks to the versatility in the search and preparation of the typical Cuban culinary menu, which is being perfected these days to provide a luxury service during the summer season.

Mariela Téllez Batista, director of the Unidad Empresarial de Base (UEB in Spanish), reported exclusively to the Cuban News Agency that this summer surprised the restaurant with a new internal image. This consists of changes in the bar, the interior staircase, and the carpet; while they are working on the restoration of furniture, the protocol room, and the second level.

At the moment they are also working on the variation of colors, including the painting of the façade and the portal. The latter will serve as a stage for the exhibition and marketing of products, which can be purchased in cash and online.

For these two months, we have proposals of shrimp at 250.00 pesos, bar jack fish at 330.00 pesos, and chicken depending on the weight. All the dishes are accompanied, in addition, by fried sweet potato or other food and two Bucanero beers, which allows us to be an alternative for the family with prices that are not very speculative, said the directive.

About 96 percent of the UEB's purchases are the result of self-management, a condition which places it in flattering circumstances with income which in the 30 days of June allowed the collection of some 1.9 million pesos, and with it the possibility of maintaining actions of social impact such as the supply of food to senior citizens and persons with physical and motor disabilities, through the Family Assistance System (SAF).

The "2007" is consolidated as one of the main spaces for summer enjoyment of quality and excellence in the tasting of the Las Tunas cuisine is concerned, a facility that bets on making each food a delight seasoned by the warmth of good treatment.
