"We have a banner with a QR code and we promote the services that can be paid online. It's important because sometimes users don't bring the amount of money that the procedure costs and we offer them that option," he added.

Digital stamps are another option that they offer with a total guarantee for the payment of taxes. Fernández González insisted that "it is also important that customers know that the digital stamps we use must be purchased at the time the contract is signed and the ID number is established, and the transaction with the data from the identity card".

In the offices of the National Organization of Collective Law Firms, the promotion of new forms of payment is part of the digitization of institutions for the benefit of agility of services.
