Promoting exchanges between professionals from various countries to socialize scientific-technical experiences will be the objective of the 4th International Scientific Convention and 3rd Expo Fair of the University of Las Tunas, from the 16th to the 19th of this month.

Las Tunas, Cuba.- The Cuban News Agency had access to a document in which it is explained that the content of the meeting has a look towards development and social welfare, based on the training of professionals and the incidence of the Cuban university in the social processes that take place in each context.

In the four days of work, eight workshops will be held on various topics linked to science, such as comprehensive techniques, community and rural development, educational innovation in the 21st century, academy and society; as well as culture, sports, the economy, and agriculture, among others.

During the event, international meetings will be held between jurists, Latin American educators, high-performance athletes and coaches, and entrepreneurs for sustainable development and renewable energy.

In parallel, and continuation of the University-society links, an expo-fair will be held in which products generated by institutions, companies, and self-employed workers from the province of Las Tunas will be exhibited.
