Provincial Defense Council Outlines Roadmap to Overcome Hurricane Melissa's Impact
The establishment of the recovery phase means the province can concentrate all its efforts on normalizing socioeconomic life, including repairing damaged infrastructure, restoring services, and conducting a detailed assessment of the impact on different sectors.
