“Amancio”, Las Tunas.- Ramiro Mir Corrales, head of maintenance in the sugar mill, said that they are working in all areas, prioritizing the tilters and the mills. He pointed out that the bagasse conductor's rubber band, networks of lines for instrumentation, as well as cables for the winch, are among the resources they need.

He said that, as part of the checkup they make on the repairs, they are carrying out quality certifications, which are signed by the operator, the mechanic, and the head of the area.

Reinaldo Horta Fernández, director of the agricultural services unit, commented that they are working on the repair of the mats of the combined cutting machines and added that they require injectors, hoses, and welding supplies.

Sánchez Báez added that as part of the control of the work they do, each area manager checks the quality of the repairs of the different pieces and, then, proceeds to certify them.
