Las Tunas City hosts the "Reading History" Event.

The "Reading History" event, taking place in Las Tunas City since December 11, will conclude this Saturday.

Las Tunas, Cuba.– Its program has included talks with students and teachers, oral narratives on various topics, and the presentation and sale of books on historical themes.

The Jesús Suárez Gayol Junior High School, the Communist Party of Cuba Faculty of the same name, besides the library on the Lenin Campus of the University of Las Tunas (ULT), and the Home for Children Without Parental Support hosted several of these outreach activities.

The inauguration of a bibliographic exhibition and the panel discussion dedicated to the life, thought, and work of Commander-in-Chief Fidel Castro, at the José Martí Provincial Library and the headquarters of the Union of Historians of Cuba (UNIHC), respectively, were among the event's highlights.
