Commemoration for the 131st anniversary of the start of the Necessary War.

With the presence of the Las Tunas' main political and government authorities, the ceremony commemorating the 131st anniversary of the start of the Necessary War was held in Maceo Park.

Las Tunas, Cuba.– The event, punctuated by authentic verse, reaffirmed the commitment to Cuba and its future.

The keynote address, delivered by Professor Norge Manuel Peña Hernández, highlighted the bravery of the local forces and prominent figures such as Panchín Varona. He also spoke of how much Vicente García, the great man of the Ten Years' War, accompanied the people of Las Tunas on the path that led them back to the insurgent camp.

The challenges of today's Cuba resonated with the participants, who emphasized their responsibility in these times and for the nation's future.
