The 2nd Economic and Business Solutions Forum brought together representatives of entities and entrepreneurs at the University of Las Tunas (ULT in Spanish), as part of the university's 5th International Scientific Convention and Expo Fair 2025.

Las Tunas, Cuba.- Organized by the Faculty of Economic Sciences, the space featured two conferences that brought concrete answers to problems the province is facing. The project Casa Limpia, Casa Próspera (Clean House, Prosperous House), of the Recoltu private company, was one of them, driven by the “unsustainable situation of the solid waste collection."

And, although part of a worsening panorama, the presence of this business was a novelty in the first edition of the event. On this occasion, it received the support of the Faculty, and the necessary alliance with Communal Services and the Provincial Company for the Recovery of Raw Materials was underlined.

The solar dehydrator, recently inaugurated at ULT's Lenin campus, continues to attract interest in its aspiration to become an alternative for local development. This was another scenario to promote its use, largely conceived for productive units, to avoid crop losses. They shared experiences and defended the demand for this specialty, which is on the rise around the world.

The presentations were followed by an exchange that constitutes the expected contribution of the Forum, which marks its route to prosperity in Las Tunas.
