At the same time, from the social media, residents shared the hashtag #VictoriaPopular (popular victory), evoking the moments in which the Historical Leader of the Revolution, Fidel Castro, with his mere presence thwarted the intentions of those who wanted to plunge the country into a chaos that would lead to foreign military intervention.

Las Tunas, Cuba.- The main commemoration took place in the municipality of Jobabo, in which the Tamayo Leyva family were recognized, for their role in revolutionary surveillance; and Lizandra Aleaga, as an outstanding young woman in promoting dissimilar socio-cultural activities in the Constituency 60. This ceremony, in line with the requirements of physical distancing to prevent the spread of the COVID-19, was chaired by Manuel René Pérez Gallego, a member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba (PCC) and its first secretary in the province of Las Tunas; Blanca Iris Santana Rabelo, first secretary of the PCC in Jobabo; René Reyna Rojas, president of the Municipal Assembly of the People's Power, as well as other provincial and local leaders.

Meanwhile, in the provincial capital, young people and residents near the well-known Plaza de los Recuerdos (Memories Plaza) also expressed their support for the revolutionary process, while condemning the vandalism on July 11. "Then, as now, the majority of the Cuban people remains determined not to give up an iota of their right to independence and social justice," those present reiterated.

In Manatí, the date was chosen for, at the José Martí Park, carrying out the graduation of the new doctors in Medicine; as well as to commend the youngsters of the Ministry of the Interior. The residents of the town of Chaparra, capital of the Jesús Menéndez municipality, held a caravan to made public their condemnation of the economic, commercial, and financial blockade, which for more than 60 years has been maintained by the Government of the United States against Cuba.

In the municipality of Colombia, the people passed through Cándido Gonzalez Avenue until they reached the José Martí Park, where a wreath was deposited to the National Hero and the "Yes for Cuba" and "Yes for the Revolution" were patented.

In Havana, a caravan of cycles and motorcycles took place, through which the Cuban youth made a call for peace, love, and solidarity. They left right from the city’s seawall, while others organized university fairs in different parks.
