He will always be an inspiration to the revolutionaries of the world,” Diaz-Canel wrote on Twitter.

An article on Friday’s edition of Granma newspaper affirms that the late Venezuelan leader consolidates a symbolic place, nourished by the movement of the revolutionary memory of peoples that, from below, walk towards the definitive seizure of power, of their power.

Chávez, adds the article, is one more voice of the rising revolutionary spirit, a kind of magnifying glass or stethoscope, to listen to the depths of a world revolution on the road to socialism. (RHC)
