International Legal Consultancy Office in Las Tunas

With the precepts of gaining speed and making procedures easier for its clients, the International Legal Consultancy announces two new services that are in force and guarantee efficiency in the processes of obtaining documents and their validation outside of Cuba.

Las Tunas, Cuba.- Frank Ramírez Hidalgo, the director of the entity's office in this eastern province, informed the press that through a new offer, people who are abroad can request procedures and pay for legal services from their place of residence.

“This service is aimed at those clients who are not on the Island and who do not have anyone who comes to our offices when they need to carry out a specific procedure,” Frank pointed out. In that case, and thanks to the computerization of our entity, they can now request this benefit online.

“The request for any service is accepted and the client will make the payment to the bank of the country where he is, as long as it has links with Cuban banks, both the International Financial Bank and the Metropolitan Bank of Havana, those with accredited accounts. Payment shall be made in the currency of the residence country, in the amount that covers the cost of the specific procedure in national currency.”

Ramírez Hidalgo pointed out that it is a fast and viable formula, and once the contractual link with the International Consultancy has been made, clients will be assisted by lawyers to carry out civil procedures, legalization, and obtaining documents to take effect outside of Cuba, such as rectification of errors, divorces, and others, as long as they meet the requirements established by law.

“Our specialists carry out the procedures, they are followed up and in the case of some countries, the shipment is made by DHL or another agency that carries out this activity, emphasized the manager.

“We have already dealt with the first online requests and our insertion in networks has allowed us direct communication with all users. The papers have arrived at their destination and we have had very positive feedback.”

Ramírez Hidalgo said that the other service is related to the accreditation by the branch management to teaching and non-teaching institutions that have requested clients to have their teaching documents certified by International Consulting through a legal services contract.

“This procedure enters into force under Resolution 171 of the Minister of Justice and makes it possible for all persons who have had a contractual relationship with the institution to be provided with the necessary accreditation to present before any entity that requests it, to seek more accuracy and credibility.

"To request the service, the person only has to go to the Consultancy with the interest of achieving the validation of the documents, a contract is made and we accredit it to any institution if there was a link with the Consultancy," pointed out the director. He also stated that this diligence has been requested by universities in several countries as the United States, Brazil, Puerto Rico, and Dubai, with effective results.
