2nd Las Tunas Industry and Commerce Fair 2022

Las Tunas Industry and Commerce Fair opened its doors on Tuesday and until the 23rd it will be a showcase for local economic actors, a space to consolidate opportunities for Las Tunas products in international markets, especially when businessmen from Colombia, Uruguay, and Canada participate for the first time.

Las Tunas, Cuba.- Salvador Sariol Vistorte, the head of the Department of Foreign Trade and Foreign Investment of the Provincial Government, explained that foreign parties are interested in establishing economic collaboration contracts with entities from the Fishing and Food industries that, if materialized, would give an unprecedented boost to the productive gears of the Balcón del Oriente Cubano. "It's something new, and the result of what we've been working on over the years," he said.

The areas of the Theme Park, the Major General Vicente García González Revolution Plaza, and the surroundings of the Leonardo McKenzie Grant Sports Hall host the event, as usual. There will be activities for the population with the participation of Gastronomy, Domestic Trade, and the non-state sector. "We want it to be a people’s party," declared the official.

Conferences, business meetings, presentations of products and services, and signing of agreements will give life to an extensive program, whose protagonists compete for the Grand Prize, the award for the Best Stand, the Popularity Award, and the Business Management Award.
