The National Directorate of Defenders was established today at a ceremony held at the headquarters of the Ministry of Justice        (MINJUS) which was attended by Teresa Amarrelle Boue, a member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba and secretary general of the Federation of Cuban Women (FMC, by its Spanish acronym).
