The resuming of services in the Guillermo Domínguez López General Teaching Hospital, in Puerto Padre, continues with the reopening next Monday of, which in this Phase 1, of the first stage of the post-COVID-19 recovery comprises its 50 percent.

Puerto Padre, Las Tunas.- The assistance center, which cares for patients from Puerto Padre and "Jesús Menéndez", also resumes, gradually, the benefits inherent in the Maternal and Child Program, and along with Emergencies and surgical interventions, those of Oncology are assumed.

Likewise, it opened and Emergency ward for acute respiratory infections (ARI), independent from the Emergency. In the case of Rehabilitation, for the moment, only the hospitalized patients, who need physical therapy access.

In this phase, visits to patients remain suspended and there is a continuous information system for the family about the evolution of those admitted.
