Las Tunas University will open Chair of Scientific Culture

On April 22, the Chair of Scientific Culture will be officially established at the University of Las Tunas. Its inauguration is far from being just another event and several experts have been working on it tirelessly for months.

Las Tunas, Cuba.- This was explained to 26 by its president, Doctor of Science Roberto Valledor Estevil; a deep connoisseur of these issues who insists on remembering the importance of all the machinery of science in terms of the development of the economy and society.

An irrefutable truth to which Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez constantly alludes and to which this chair is going to pay, one among the many that are being articulated for this purpose in Cuban universities.

It will include cadres and managers of different levels, as well as academics. The work includes bringing together recognized research projects and results and involving society in scientific production.

That is the best way for solid experiences, which are not born of empirical and good intentions to do, to reach the base; rather, they have springs so that each step fits and it is sustainable in the long term.

This will undoubtedly make us part of a better society, enriched by the science to which we all contribute. Congratulations!!
