Ana Ivis Estrada Rosales, one of the honorees, expressed her satisfaction at having raised the name of Cuba during her stay in Belize and assured that as part of the “army” of white coats, she is ready to provide help in any nation of the world, according to Marti's precepts that she inherited from this Revolution.

A special recognition, with the warmth that characterizes the Cuban Trade Union Confederation, was delivered to the journalists who obtained prizes and mentions in the May Day National Contest. To them, from the closeness, gratitude was also shown.

Although on this occasion there was no parade, nor faces of the people lit by the tradition of reaching the plaza on the first day of May, the workers' celebration in Las Tunas is marked by the trade union spirit that from virtual spaces reiterate that #UnidosHacemosCuba (United, we make Cuba).
