To ensure the correct implementation of the Decree-Law on Animal Welfare and its Regulations, the Ministry of Agriculture (MINAG) adds new options to report acts against these living beings.

Las Tunas, Cuba.- Faced with the complex epidemiological situation that Cuba is experiencing, associated with the presence of the COVID-19 and the measures of social isolation, which have necessarily been adopted to prevent the spread of the disease, the bodies of this sector created various access routes to promote direct and immediate communication about such events.

Directors of the Ministry detailed that, through the created channels, citizens can contact specialists from the Department of Animal Health to notify complaints, process approaches in the event of acts that threaten fauna.

"This measure will promote better management for the solution and timely response to any event," the representatives of Agriculture stated.
