Barely a medium-sized private company from Las Tunas is among those included in the list approved by the Ministry of Economy and Planning (MEP).

Las Tunas, Cuba.- D&S, from the capital municipality, which will manufacture concrete, cement, and plaster items for construction, is the only one from this eastern Cuban province that received the approval of the MEP among the 105 requests from economic actors endorsed by the aforementioned regulatory entity.

Thus, the Balcony of the Cuban East has 53 MSMEs that are advancing towards their full constitution as legal entities, of which six are from the construction branch. The municipality of Las Tunas consolidates its preponderance by totaling 29.

At the national level, there are 1,812 economic actors approved since the process began at the end of September 2021.
