The Stainless-Steel Company (ACINOX Las Tunas) recently held the first scientific workshop of the PAPT Escorias project, which focuses on production wastes and their use as raw material in construction elements to reduce their environmental impact. The Nueva Línea photovoltaic solar park, located in the community of Delicias, Puerto Padre municipality, was inaugurated today after an arduous investment process and its synchronization with the National Electric Energy System (SEN) on May 30th. The ceremony was attended by the Commander of the Revolution and Deputy Prime Minister Ramiro Valdés Menéndez.
