Two Iranian banks will be installed in Brazil

Iran-Brazil Chamber of Commerce Chairman Seyed Fakhreddin Amerian on Tuesday announced the visit of an Iranian delegation to Brazil and the sooner installation of two domestic banks in the South American country.

Tehran.- Amerian's statements were made on the occasion of the 1st joint meeting held between executives of the public and private sectors, banks, and heads of specialized commissions of the joint chamber, according to a press release.

The meeting is mainly aimed at developing commercial relations between the two countries.

The Secretariat of the Iran-Brazil Joint Chamber of Commerce reported that the Iranian Ambassador in Brasilia Hossein Gharibi attended the meeting, and also appreciated the actions as an economic opening to enter the Brazilian market.

Amerian assured that the pivotal bi-national steps are taken to regulate the capabilities of the new joint trade center, and described this way as a gateway for Iran to the large Latin American market. (PL)
