He also explained that these measures coordinated by the Ministry, states that the Collection and Distribution System must create the conditions in the agricultural markets and points of sale for the marketing of products that were traditionally sold in the weekend fairs, which allows a better distribution of food and the absence of agglomerations.

It is essential to guarantee the daily supply to the Isolation Centers, since they receive people who need a correct diet to strengthen their immune system and the agricultural supplies must be of high quality.

These provisions not only protect the people who are going to receive the harvested goods, but also the workers in the sector, since the tasks include increasing the number of disinfection points in each of the agricultural institutions and production bases, workers with symptoms and respiratory problems cannot attend the workday; the entry of foreigners or residents who have traveled abroad to the system's premises, factories or other centers is also prohibited, and distance work is valued for professionals who are not directly linked to production.

All this without neglecting the efficiency indicators, because it is necessary," Saavedra said, "to monitor the impact that may be generated on the workforce and its impact on employment, so we must foresee the need for human resources at all levels and agricultural entities to ensure production and services," he concluded.
