The president of Cuba, Miguel Díaz-Canel, arrived here today to carry out an official visit to the United Arab Emirates, as part of a tour that will also take him to Qatar and Iran.

Dubai.- Through the social network X he informed: In a few hours we will leave for the United Arab Emirates (UAE), then to Qatar and Iran for official working visits.

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Díaz-Canel will participate as president of the G77 and China in COP28 and in the Summit of leaders of this Southern group to be held in Dubai.

The twenty-eighth United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP28) will take place from November 30 to December 12. (PL)
