In greeting to the 94th birthday of our Commander Fidel Castro Ruz, at the Doctor Ernesto Guevara de la Serna General Teaching Hospital the waiting room was inaugurated for the rest of more than 90 family members with patients in serious or critical condition. 

Las Tunas, Cuba.- This work, which began to be built in 2018, is an old claim of the population and will provide detailed information to the companions, while promoting a more efficient organization of shift systems, the certification of documents and direct contact with healthcare centers in the territory, such as polyclinics, pharmacies and funeral homes.

The waiting room, divided into two communicating rooms, has an information area, bathrooms equipped with all the resources for cleaning, armchairs made by the Ludema Furniture Company, telephones, fans, televisions and an external area with benches.

25 workers will provide services in the facility, including statistics staff, social workers, assistants and area manager.

Built from the land tax, the building demanded around 770 thousand CUP and more than 56, 800 CUC, and considerably improves the benefits of the "Guevara" in the search for timely and more comprehensive care.
