Playa Corella is one of the Popular Camping facilities that continues to stay open after the summer ends.

Five of the six destinations of the Popular Camping Enterprise in Las Tunas continue to offer their services despite the end of the summer season, a reality that allows families to make reservations until December 31st.

Las Tunas, Cuba.- Except for Río Jobabo, which closed its doors a little over three months ago due to the lack of water in the swimming pool and other bathing areas, Playa Corella, Cerro de Caisimú, Los Pinos, Guayabal, and Aguada de Vázquez are still being used for nature camping.

Elvira Ricardo Castro, commercial director of the entity, told the Cuban News Agency that purchases continue to be made traditionally through the reservation offices in the provincial capital and by telephone from anywhere in the province.

We continue with the offers in the restaurants, cafeterias, and cultural and sporting venues, although we still have a lot more to gain in the diversification and quality of the gastronomic proposals, as well as in the improvement of the infrastructure, acknowledged Ricardo Castro.

The company ensures the transfer of campers to Playa Corella from the municipalities of Las Tunas, Puerto Padre, and Jesús Menéndez, the latter where the paradisiacal spot is located; however, to other destinations such as Los Pinos, in Manatí, it is not possible to guarantee transport due to the poor road conditions in that area in the north of the province.

We have accommodation in both, cabins and tents, throughout the territory, with good acceptance by the family, but especially by the youngest, who have become the main clients of the company, said the director.

During the summer months, Popular Camping sold more than 14,500 bookings, figures that guarantee the approval of those who opt for a natural, diverse, economical, and healthy recreational proposal.
