The export of 200 kits of structures for the assembly of living room furniture, destined for the European market, became the first export process of LUDEMA Furniture, in Las Tunas.
Las Tunas, Cuba.- Frames of Victoria design style, in packages that include complementary elements such as wood, boards, and legs of the Júcar, Iznájar, and Amazon types, made up the shipment for assembly and upholstery abroad.
Karlier Cano Rodríguez, an operations specialist, exclusively told the Cuban News Agency that, after the intention of foreign clients and the fulfillment of the technical quality standards, the company materialized the exportation, which seeks to boost the local and national economy as a means for foreign currency income.
Depending on the results of this commercial operation, Cano Rodríguez added, they plan to expand to markets in the region, such as the Dominican Republic, with sets of parts or finished furniture, which will allow this basic business unit, belonging to the DUJO Group, to position among the main suppliers in the Caribbean.
