The Copextel Las Tunas Territorial Division hosted the 2025 "For Innovation" grassroots forum, which aimed to propose and implement technological solutions that integrate various systems through innovation.

Las Tunas, Cuba.- The Las Tunas subsidiary's mission is to offer its clients products, services, and comprehensive solutions with advanced technology, ensuring technological sustainability. Guided by these principles, its team created spaces for knowledge exchange and project presentations.

A total of 20 papers were featured at the event, in which technicians and specialists participated to present solutions. Two commissions were held at the event: the Technical Committee and the Marketing and Communication Committee, both of which evaluated projects featuring solutions to the subsidiary's problems.

Key topics included work on hazardous waste management for a healthy and safe environment, the development of refrigerant gas consumption standards, and a service proposal for rate setting.

On the technical side, projects such as a three-phase variable frequency drive for diagnosing inverter compressors and the design of a tool for installing inter-panel patch cord terminals stood out.
Holding meetings of this type greatly facilitates the development and consolidation of Copextel as a comprehensive solutions provider.
