Las Tunas' workers celebrates May Day

In a salute to International Workers’ Day, the workforces of the Energy and Mines Union do not cease in their efforts to move the country forward, amid all kinds of contingencies.

Before dawn, the city has lived a hotbed of flags, movement, and merriment that stand out in different faces. We return to the Major General Vicente García González Revolution Plaza today, as every year, in support of the Homeland, with the spirit of the new generations and the expectations of the present. It does not matter that the almanac marks another date and not precisely May 1st.

Beans seeds are in high-demand

The Seed Company of Las Tunas foresees the growth of its main productions for the present calendar, despite the limitations generated by the shortages of inputs in high-demand items such as beans.
