The capital of Las Tunas province became a hub of culture and recreation throughout the day. Saturday's events, designed for the enjoyment of the whole family, began at 9:00 a.m. with a colorful parade of classic motorcycles that traveled through the city's main streets, culminating in a skills competition that drew the audience's first applause.

Las Tunas, Cuba.– After the motorcycle parade, the day gave way to a large sports, recreational, and cultural festival in the areas of the Leonardo McKenzie Grant Sports Hall. The space became an intergenerational meeting point where diverse activities converged. Sports enthusiasts enjoyed simultaneous chess exhibitions and soccer matches.

The children's program was one of the day's highlights. "We're wrapping up the children's segment with a fantastic show featuring Clown Tonguita, the Huracán Mágico Company, and the Colmenita de Las Tunas," explained Carlos Rodríguez Suárez, programmer for the Performing Arts Council and producer for the Barbarito Diez Music and Show Company.

The summer closing festivities extended well into the night. At 7 p.m., in the Tanque de Buena Vista cultural plaza, dance enthusiasts enjoyed a casino dance performance by the group Michel y su Cubanía.

The party continued at 10 p.m. in the Plaza de la Revolución, its main stage. Young people from Las Tunas were the stars of this closing event, with a special performance by the DJs of the "Jóvenes Tuneros" project, who provided the rhythm and energy to bid farewell to summer in the best possible way.
