The Luis Urquiza Jorge Vocational Preuniversity Institute of Exact Sciences (IPVCE) welcomes its students with renovated facilities, a full faculty, and a curriculum tailored to learning needs, reaffirming its position as an educational leader in the province.

Las Tunas, Cuba.– The school's director, Damis Batista Rodríguez, offered details about the intensive work program carried out at the institution during the period leading up to the resumption of classes. “During this time, we were immersed in the reorganization of resources, in the process of cleaning and organizing the school,” explained the director.

Batista Rodríguez added that, alongside the construction maintenance tasks, the faculty worked on academic organization. “Another activity we carried out was lesson planning, based on the assessment provided by the pedagogical handover process for the initial period of the school year, which involves systematizing content that, for one reason or another, could not be taught in the required depth,” she pointed out.

One of the most encouraging aspects highlighted by the director is the full complement of teaching staff, which guarantees the smooth running of the curriculum. “We have completed coverage and are in a position to deliver a high-quality course,” she stated.

Finally, she emphasized the school staff's commitment to educational excellence, despite the challenges posed by the current context. “It's a challenging school year, but one in which we will continue to achieve good results, and we are committed to ensuring it unfolds with excellence,” she concluded.
