According to information from the Forecast Center of the Cuban Institute of Meteorology, Tropical Storm Elsa is moving away from the eastern territory, so it was decided to return to normality in the provinces of Las Tunas, Guantánamo, Santiago de Cuba, Granma, Holguín, Camagüey, and Ciego de Ávila, starting at 11:00 am today.

Las Tunas, Cuba.- It is oriented to keep attentive to the probability of isolated rains and electrical storms associated with the external circulation of this cyclonic organism. During the transition to normality, it is necessary to pay special attention to compliance with the measures provided in the prevention and control plans for the new coronavirus and the guidelines issued in this regard by local authorities.

Informative Note no.6 of the Civil Defense General Staff indicates that the damages that have originated in specific places must be evaluated and to complete actions to restore vital services.
