During a working visit chaired by the Vice Prime Minister of Cuba, Jorge Luis Perdomo, in which other members of the country's ministerial cabinet participated, two major issues were analyzed in Las Tunas: the already forthcoming return to face-to-face activities in General and Higher Education, and social prevention and care for people and communities with vulnerabilities.

National Hero José Martí said: "If the man is useful, the land is useful."
