According to information from the Forecast Center of the Cuban Institute of Meteorology, Tropical Storm Elsa is moving away from the eastern territory, so it was decided to return to normality in the provinces of Las Tunas, Guantánamo, Santiago de Cuba, Granma, Holguín, Camagüey, and Ciego de Ávila, starting at 11:00 am today.
